4 - 8 boneless chicken breasts
4 oz dried beef
4 - 8 slices bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz sour cream
Preheat oven to 275
Line bottom of casserole with dried beef
Roll up each chicken breast and wrap with piece of bacon, large breasts can be split in two
Mix soup and cream and pour over chicken.
Cover and bake for 2 hours, uncover and bake 30-60 minutes more
Serve over rice or noodles.
